
Scott Berdahl is a prospector and professional geologist with over 20 years’ industry experience, and a co-founder of Snowline Gold. Born and raised in Canada’s Yukon Territory and based in Whitehorse, he brings in-depth local knowledge alongside a strong technical grounding. Prior to launching Snowline he gained business development experience with several private and listed exploration companies focused on gold and base metals. He studied at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, earning two degrees including a BSc in Geology, and he went on to gain his MSc in Earth Science & Engineering from KAUST in Saudi Arabia and an MBA from INSEAD in France and Singapore.

Calum Morrison is a mining finance professional with nearly two decades of experience in business development, mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy and capital markets. Most recently, Calum was the Vice President of Business Development and CFO of Great Bear Resources Ltd., and the President and CEO of Great Bear Royalties Corp. In February 2022, Kinross Gold Corp. purchased Great Bear Resources Ltd. for $1.8 billion and in September 2022 Great Bear Royalties Corp. was purchased by Royal Gold Inc. for $200 million. Calum previously spent several years as a senior member of Teck Resources Limited’s Corporate Development team that provided financial and technical expertise to the evaluation of mining projects around the world, including acquisitions, joint ventures, due diligence and various strategic initiatives. He also has direct capital markets experience acquired with past investment banking roles at major investment firms. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Dalhousie University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Lauren McDougall has 15 years of experience in corporate finance roles within the mining industry. Her most recent position was CFO and Corporate Secretary of NorthWest Copper Corp. commencing in 2021, following its transition from Sun Metals Corp., where she served as CFO and Corporate Secretary from 2018 to 2021. Lauren is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA). She holds a BCom in Finance and International Business from Carleton University.

Most recently, he served as Head of Technical Services for Greece at Eldorado Gold. Victor is a licensed Professional Engineer through the Professional Engineers of Ontario. He holds an MSc in Applied Geotechnics from the Camborne School of Mines in Camborne, UK and an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.

Thomas Branson is a professional geologist with over 20 years’ industry experience with a B.Sc. in Earth and Ocean Science from the University of British Columbia and an M.Sc. in Exploration Geology from Rhodes University in South Africa. Since joining the Snowline team in early 2022, Thomas has overseen the technical and operational aspects of seeing the Valley deposit grow from the initial four drill holes in 2021 to an 8.8 Moz (M,I&I) deposit with a robust PEA published in 2025. In addition to the work at Valley, Thomas has also overseen the advancement of >30 primary exploration targets across the Company’s portfolio of eight Yukon projects which has included field teams and contractors across four camps with up to 130 people actively on site. During his tenure with Snowline, the Company has drilled >100,000 m and spent >$100 million in exploration and development-related expenditures in the field. Prior to Snowline, Thomas worked on several projects across Yukon, BC, Ontario and South Australia from grassroots to mine site exploration and had helped managed approximately $55 million in exploration expenditures and >180,000 m of drilling.

Sergio has held senior roles at major mining companies, Barrick and Kinross. He began his career working as a project manager on development stage projects preparing for environmental assessment with BC Hydro and Port Metro Vancouver in BC, followed by the Kudz Ze Kayah mine development in the Yukon. Most recently, he served as Vice President at C3 Alliance Corp, a Canadian-based consultancy that works with First Nations communities, resource companies and government to identify and enact mutually beneficial solutions for resource development. Prior to this, he worked as a consultant to Newcrest Mining on the implementation of their project agreements with First Nations on their operating Canadian assets, and as Vice President of the Dena Nezziddi Development Corporation, the economic and business development arm of the Yukon-based Ross River Dena Council, who are a Kaska Nation. Brian holds an MSc in Environmental and Infrastructure Planning from the University of Groningen, and a BSc in Spatial Planning and Environmental Management from the Technological University Dublin.

Oliver Curran brings 25 years of relevant environmental and major project permitting experience to Snowline, having held strategic leadership positions with Inco, Baffinland Iron Mines, TMAC Resources, Agnico Eagle Mines and most recently Centerra Gold. Oliver has successfully led permitting for significant remote greenfield mines and championed these projects through to construction and operations from an environmental and social perspective. Oliver holds a Hons BSc in Biology and Environmental Sciences from Trent University and a MSc from the University of Toronto.

Dr. Craig Hart is a world-renowned scholar on gold and copper deposits He most recently served as Director of the Mineral Deposit Research Unit at the University of British Columbia, where he initiated industry sponsored research projects that focused on gold and porphyry systems and development of novel exploration methods. He has published over 150 technical papers and was a founding member and spent 14 years with the Yukon Geological Survey.

Sarah Weber is a Professional Geoscientist with over 20 years of diversified experience in the natural resource sector, including extensive experience working with Indigenous Communities and government within BC. She is President and CEO of C3 Alliance Corp. where she provides leadership in building positive relationships between industry, Chambers of Commerce, municipal governments, Provincial governments, Indigenous communities, and NGOs. Sarah holds a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of British Columbia and an Executive MBA from the Beedie School of Business, Simon Fraser University.

Gil Lawson is an experienced mining professional engineer with over 38 years of experience in project development, mine planning, and mine management. Between 1986 and 2020 he held a number of increasingly senior technical and leadership roles at Placer Dome Inc., De Beers Canada, and Goldcorp Inc., including the management of the Musselwhite, Campbell and Snap Lake mines. Between 2017 and 2020 he served as Chief Operating Officer of TMAC Resources, then interim General Manager for Kinross Gold Corporation’s Tasiast Mine in Mauritania, and most recently as Chief Operating Officer for Calibre Mining Corporation’s Valentine Gold Project. Gil's past Board experience includes serving as an independent director for Great Bear Resources where he helped guide the successful sale of the company to Kinross. Gil holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec.

Crystal Smith is a leader with experience in responsibly advancing major resource development projects and a champion for strengthening collaborations between First Nations, industry and government, as well as promoting Indigenous participation in Canada’s economy. Crystal served as Chief Councillor for the Haisla Nation from 2017 to 2025. She was instrumental in developing the Cedar LNG project within Haisla territory near Kitimat, BC, the world’s first Indigenous majority-owned LNG project, in her role as Cedar LNG director. The project represents one of the most significant capital investments by an Indigenous nation in Canada’s history. Crystal was recently appointed to the Indigenous Advisory Council for Prime Minister Carney’s new Major Projects Office, and currently serves as an independent director with Taseko Mines Ltd. She is a former Director of the First Nations Climate Initiative which advocates for environmentally responsible economic development, and former Chair of the First Nations LNG Alliance, an advocacy group of Indigenous governments and organizations pursuing an expanded energy industry in Canada. Crystal has a diploma in Business Administration and obtained her ICD.D Designation through the ICD-Rotman Director Education Program. Her achievements have earned her BC Business Women of the Year, Public Policy Forum Honouree, Energy Person of the Year, and the King Charles III Coronation Medal.

Rob Doyle is a seasoned executive and board member with over 25 years of international experience in corporate finance, management, and capital markets. Over his career, Rob has developed a strong track record in equity and debt financing, negotiating complex transactions, and overseeing finance, treasury, tax, and accounting functions. Rob served as the CFO of Pan American Silver for 18 years, was a founding board member of Maverix Metals Inc and currently is a board member of Orezone Gold Corporation, Lithium Argentina and Faraday Copper. Recognized for his leadership excellence, he was awarded the BC CFO of the Year for large public companies by Business in Vancouver in 2019. Rob is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa), a Chartered Financial Analyst, and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
